We love and need volunteers! Adding your talents, interests and skills into the mix of PodCamp AZ is what it’s all about. Let us know if there is a specific area you’d like to help with, or perhaps there is something unique you can offer.

Here are just a few volunteer opportunities:

• PodCamp AZ Organizers – To help with the “meat & potatoes” of PodCamp AZ. Finding sponsors, securing a venue, ordering materials, consulting sponsors, etc, etc.

• Layout designer – To help layout banners, the PodCamp directory, map/schedule, and work with printers to get this all printed out.
• Podcast PodCamp AZ – These people will organize and facilitate live Podcast shows running throughout the day at PodCampAZ. (Anyone interested in podcasting that day is more than welcome to.)
• Set-up crew – To help carry & put out materials, hang banners, etc.
• Registration – We will have several shifts that people can help with.
• PodCamp Liaisons – To help facilitate community at PodCamp AZ by directing traffic, answering questions, giving directions, etc.
• Streaming Video – These special techie people can bring their own equipment to do live streaming of various sessions to be cast live on the PodCampAZ.org site.
• Sound Technicians – If our venue has audio equipment, you will run the sound for the larger sessions only
• Video Technicians – If our venue has video screens, etc, you will run the video (possibly slide show in between sessions) for the larger sessions only.
• SlideShow – Create a slide show that will run in between sessions (audio not necessary) that includes fun/educational tid-bits, and our sponsor’s logos. (Think: those silly slides you see before the movies.)
• “Thank you” PodCast for sponsors – Creating and recording a podcast that thanks all of our sponsors.
• Creating MP3 “teasers” for Platinum Sponors (those who give $1K and up)
