Levels of Sponsorship
  • Thank you for your interest in being sponsor of PodCamp AZ. Please take a moment to determine what level of sponsorship is best for you. Please use the button at the bottom of the sidebar to donate to PodCamp AZ using Paypal.

Platinum Sponsors ($1000+) Receive:

  1. Space outside of the main event room to set up tables & booths. Sponsors who have given $1000 or more will have first choice of location of their table, in the order in which they’ve sponsored. We will be providing a map of where tables will be located and will be in contact regarding which table you would like.
  2. Logo placement on the front page of www.podcampaz.org. Only sponsors who have given $500 or more are placed on the front page. Platinum sponsors will be listed above Gold sponsors in the order sponsorships are received.
  3. Featured logo on our “Rock-Star Sponsors Banner” that only lists sponsors who’ve given $500 or more. This banner will be placed in a highly visible area. As these sessions are being streamed on the Internet world-wide, your logo will be featured online our site as long as anyone watches this material.
  4. Featured logo on our video slides.
  5. Featured logo on the back page of PodCamp AZ Directory. This featured back-page space is for sponsors who have given $1000 or more.
  6. Featured logo on the back of the PodCamp Map/Schedule. This featured back-page pace is only for sponsors who’ve given $1000 or more.
  7. A half-hour one-on-one phone consultation with your choice of PodCamp AZ organizers (list of names TBA).
  8. A 30 second customized MP3 teaser:
    Have a conference of your own coming up? Or a CEO who’d like to speak to the troops using voice not verse? We’ll work to help you create a (up to) 30 second audio teaser for whatever you’d like, delivered as an MP3 file for you to keep. (Note: consultant/provider reserves the right to potentially use this collateral for their portfolio/client list is appropriate. Teaser will be created after 30 minute long consultation and provides for first iteration and one set of minor changes only).
  9. Your materials (brochures/biz cards/flyers) to be placed in the PodCampAZ’s “Booty Bag.” See below for details.
  10. A follow up call with a PodCamp AZ organizer.

To maximize the connections & information you received at PodCamp AZ, a conference call with one of the PodCamp AZ organizers will be arranged to help answer your questions including:

  • Did you learn everything you were hoping to about podcasting/vlogging/social media? If not, we’ll help connect you with resources to get the specific help you need.
  • Did you meet who you needed to meet? Did you not network with key players that we could help introduce you to? We’ll put our heads together and get you the specific talent/resources you need to help your business/organization/show.
  • Did you feel your sponsorship dollars were well spent? How can we improve? What can we do after the event (ideas above) to continue to bring you value?

Gold Sponsors ($500+) Receive:

  1. A follow up conference call with a PodCamp AZ organizer (see platinum sponsor information above for the details).
  2. Logo placement on the inside front page of www.podcampaz.org. Only sponsors who have given $500 or more are placed on the inside front page. Platinum sponsors will be listed above Gold sponsors in the order sponsorships are received.
  3. Space outside of main event room to set up tables/booths (location determined as described above, with Gold sponsors getting choice of tables after Platinum).
  4. Featured logo on the inside page of the PodCamp AZ Directory.
  5. Featured logo on the inside page of the PodCamp AZ Map/Schedule.
  6. Your materials (brochures/biz cards/flyers) to be placed in the PodCampAZ “Booty Bag.” See below for details.

Friend of PodCamp AZ ($250), Along with Gold & Platinum Sponsors, Receive:

  1. Their names/logos listed on the PodCampAZ.org site. Please send a JPEG logo. Highest paying sponsors are listed on top, with sponsors paying same amount being placed in higher positions on a first come, first serve basis.
  2. A “Why I’m Sponsoring PodcampAZ” paragraph (2-3 sentences max) on the main sponsors page of the blog-site. This is a unique and extremely beneficial value prop for sponsors because you can let community know who you are and why you’re sponsoring. Are you here to learn about vlogging? Looking to hire a new media maven for your company? Let the community know about your product/service? As long as this blurb is not an ad, people will appreciate knowing what you’re about.
  3. Your “Why I’m Sponsoring PodCamp AZ” paragraph in the PodcampAZ Directory. There will be a specific Sponsors Directory portion of the Directory. Preferences of placement will be given to Platinum and Gold levels.
  4. Your names/logos listed in PodCamp AZ Directory.
  5. Your logo or name on a banner in the main event room where all sponsors will be listed.
  6. A “PocampAZ Liaison”; One of the PodCamp AZ organizers will help you get a sense of how you can maximize PodCamp AZ (what sessions to attend, who to meet, how best to introduce your business to the community). These liaisons will meet with you for a few minutes during the registration period to help provide insights as to how you can most effectively involve yourself at PodcampAZ and maximize your time and networking effort.
  7. Lots of link visibility. This event will be attended by podcasters and bloggers who all have their own outlets on the web to talk about what they see an experience at PodCamp AZ. The chances that you will receive free press from attendees is very good. This is some of the most targeted and influential exposure that you can get online.

PodCamp Enthusiast (any amount) receive:

  1. Their names/logos listed on the PodCampAZ.org site. Please send a JPEG logo. Highest paying sponsors are listed on top, with sponsors paying same amount being placed in higher positions on a first come, first serve basis.
  2. Your names/logos listed in PodCamp AZ Directory.
  3. Your logo or name on a banner or sign in the main event room where all sponsors will be listed.

Directory, Map/Schedule

  • The directory and map/schedule will be available online an in hardcopy form for all the participants before, during, and after the event…. i.e. lots of eyeballs will see them.

Sponsor Specials

(Please note: All aspects of sponsorship mentioned above are applicable to these specials.)

  • $2500 – Exclusive T-Shirt Promotion Sponsorship:

    The PodCampAZ t-shirts can be wrapped in plastic bags with this sponsor’s promotional materials featured exclusively in the bag with every shirt.

  • $3000 (or whatever amount is quoted)– Saturday Night After-Party Sponsorships:

    We hope to have our Saturday night event at a local restaurant or hotel where participants will eat/drink free for the first two hours. We’ll produce banners to hang in the area where all participants will be eating/getting their food. These banners will feature exclusively the sponsor(s) who helped pay for this after-party.

  • $1500 – Facilities Sponsors & Food:

    We will be producing banners to hang in the area where all participants will be eating/getting their food. These banners will feature exclusively the sponsor(s) who helped pay for facilities expenses and food.

  • $500/room - Sponsor A Room:

    We will name a room after your business during PodCamp AZ and your logo will be projected onto the wall before and after sessions. You have the freedom to be as creative with your room as possible, as long as UAT (our event location) approves.

Donate Products

  • We’ll also be having at least one raffle in an effort to whip our product hungry audience into a tech frenzy. If you have items you’d like to raffle off to help promote your business, send it on and we’ll give it away with much flourish.

PodCamp AZ “PodCamp’s Booty Bag”

  • ALL sponsors can send written materials (brochures/biz cards/flyers) to be placed in the PodCampAZ “Booty Bag” (yes, just like the pirates used to have). Sponsors have the option of submitting items (subject to organizer approval) to be included in these bags of goodies. We don’t want this booty bag to be full of only promos and flyers. We are looking for interesting items that will provide value to the attendees and serve as an interactive promotional item for you. Please send Booty Bag pieces no later than October 25th to:
