PodCampAZ 2010 is a free event, we depend on our sponsors to help us make ends meet. We are inviting you to sponsor the event and take advantage of this opportunity to reach our attendees.

Why sponsor?

As a sponsor of PodCampAZ, you will be assigned a concierge. Your concierge will help you make the most of the event. The sponsorship team will work with you to make sure your business is highlighted during the event by:

• Highlighting your companies offerings before, during, and after the event.
• Ensuring your products and services are mentioned during the event (depending on sponsorship level).
• Connecting you to presenters, attendees, and other sponsors during the event.
• Helping you negotiate the logistics of the event and solve any problems you might have.

Sponsorship levels

• Friend of PodCampAZ 2010 – up to $200
  Aimed at attendees and small businesses who want to help out to their best ability, this level will earn you our undying appreciation. Your name will be listed in the directory as an individual contributor. (You may remain anonymous if you desire.)
• Table Sponsor – $250
  Want to spark conversation at PodCampAZ 2010? Sponsor one of the conversation tables! Table sponsors get a table in the hallway or at our vendor fair to distribute flyers, demo your product, or create conversations. Table sponsors also receive a camp t-shirt, our undying appreciation, a listing in the directory, and a business card advertisement in the directory (if desired).
• Room Sponsor – $500
  How would you like a room with your company’s logo on it? Room sponsorship is for you! At this level, we take one room at the event and label it “Sponsored by” with your name and logo. Room sponsorship is noted in the program, at the entrance to the room, and inside the room.

  Room sponsors also get all the benefits of Table sponsors, with the addition of a quarter page ad in the directory instead of a business card ad.

• Partner Sponsor- $1000
  Let the world know that PodCampAZ 2010 matters to you! Become a sponsor at this level and get all the benefits of a Room sponsor, plus three extras.
  1. Partners get to pick the room they sponsor. Just before the directory goes to print, you will be contacted to make your choice of which room you sponsor.
  2. Partners get a full page ad in the directory and special recognition on the site.
  3. Partners will be promoted as sponsoring a half day of the event. “This morning is sponsored by …” or “This afternoon is sponsored by …”
  4. Partners get all of the benefits of table sponsorship.
• PodcastAZ Sponsor- $3000
  The PodCast sponsor will have their information prominently displayed on and during PodCastAZ – the day long podcast that is connected to PodCampAZ. Last year’s PodCastAZ was viewed by over 35,000 viewers. Your logo will be on the room where the podcasting is done, on the site, and on the podcast itself.
  The PodCast sponsor will be offered the inside front cover of the directory for their ad. They may choose to have a room as well. They will be offered all of the benefits of gold sponsorships as well.
• After Party Sponsor- $3000
  Want to show the world that you are dedicated to keeping the conversation going after hours? Become our After Party sponsor. Your information will be prominently displayed every time the after party is mentioned, be it online or otherwise. We’ll even name the party after you!
  The After Party sponsor will be offered the inside back cover of the directory for their ad. They may choose to have a room as well. They will be offered all of the benefits of gold sponsorships as well.

Donations in Kind

This year, we are starting something new: Donations in kind. Have something to donate that will help with the event? Let us know! We will provide you the same options that we offer our monetary sponsors. Email us your contact information and what you would like to donate and will we get in touch with you.
