At PodCamp AZ, we’re committed to taking your money. I mean, we’re committed to letting anyone help contribute to our cause with their hard-earned cash. To that end, we’ve made several levels of sponsorship available.

  • Contributing Camper – $5 to $199.99
    By far the easiest way for individuals to support PodCamp AZ. Toss us whatever cash you have. Make it a little, or a lot. But keep in mind that PayPal takes pretty crazy fees, so anything less than $5.00 winds up benefiting them more than it does us. Choose wisely.
  • Table Sponsors – $200
    Part of the fun at PodCamp AZ are the “hallway moments”. You can nail down some prime real estate and reserving it for the entire day! You can hand out brochures, provide information, run a contest, give away prizes, run demos…it’s your table!
  • Friend of PodCampAZ – $250
    Friends get some special items, including:
    a coveted and very official PodCampAZ t-shirt
    a listing on the PodCamp AZ Wall and Directory
  • Room Sponsor – $300
    Room sponsors get exclusive sponsorship of one of the rooms our sessions are held in during one day of the conference. What sort of sponsorship?
    Your banner or sign prominently displayed inside the room all day long
    Your name or brand mentioned in the introduction of every speaker/presenter in that room
  • Amphitheater Sponsor – $400 – Thanks to Podiobooks.com for their sponsorship!
    Similar to the Room Sponsor, but this is the big one! More exposure for your brand, since the biggest audiences congregate in the amphitheater. Same signage, same mentions. Just for more folks!
  • Conference Gold Package – $2000 - Thanks to GoDaddy for their sponsorship
    • Logo placement on the sponsorship page of PodCampAz.org, PodCamp AZ Wall and Twitter wall.
    • Featured logo on inside page of Podcamp AZ Directory and Map/Schedule.
    • Your materials (brochures/biz cards/flyers) in the PodCamp Az “swag bag”.
    • Table sponsorship for both days
    • Room Sponsorship for both days
  • Conference Platinum Sponsorship – $5000 – Thanks to UAT for their sponsorship
    • Logo placement on the sponsorship page of PodCampAz.org, PodCamp AZ Wall and Twitter wall.
    • The entire back page of Podcamp AZ Directory and Map/Schedule.

    • A 30 second commercial on KWSS 106.7FM for 30 days between 10am – 2pm.
    • Sponsorship of the PodCamp AZ After-party. We’ll mention the sponsor when the party is mentioned. And we talk about the party a lot!
