We know you don’t come to Podcamp AZ just because Phoenix sounds like a good place to be in November. Sure, it’s toasty warm and you probably won’t need even a light jacket, but that’s just window-dressing. Core to our success is the incredible array of speakers and presenters. We’re honored that they choose our venue to come share what they know.

Would you like to present? We are just getting started, but will soon open the door to presenters. We’re adherents to the “anyone can speak” philosophy at the core of all podcamps, so there’s never a situation where we can’t accommodate you, your thoughts, and your ideas.

Keep these four things in mind:

  1. The topic should be related to New and Relevant Media.

  2. Podcamp is about education and sharing, not advertising. Please do not use your session as an opportunity to sell products or services. You can talk about what you do and tools you use, but please make the focus about educating others, not selling.
  3. Please come prepared to share. Each of our rooms has full projection equipment and white boards at the ready. If there are special needs, please let us know.
  4. We will place sessions into the schedule as we get closer to the event. If you have specific time constraints, let us know ASAP. Everyone will be allowed to speak as time and space allows.
