Atlas Rider

From Chicago and living in Phoenix of about 3 years, I am a software engineer dealing primarily with web design. I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast and have been riding for over 4 years and 50,000 miles. I ride a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja 650r and a 2001 KLR. The majority of my free time is spent traveling by motorcycle. I’ve spent a great deal of time exploring the states and have been through parts of Mexico and Canada as well. I am preparing for an extended journey from Alaska to Argentina starting next summer.

Motorcycle Vlogging
Capturing the two wheeled traveling experience and trying to share it with the world. I love to travel solo by motorcycle. There’s something about this mode of transport that makes the journey incredibly visceral and exciting. Capturing this unique experience may be losing battle, but I try the best I can. Here are some of the topics I will be covering: Vlogging through a motorcycle helmet, Google Maps and YouTube video mashup, travel logs through Google Earth with video and photo layovers, geo-tagging, equipment and techniques.
